The Source operates a Street Outreach program, daytime Drop-In Center, and overnight Emergency Shelter to help homeless youth living on the streets or in unstable living conditions transition to long-term housing and/or family reunification. We also offer wraparound services individualized to each client; including case management, employment & GED support, mental health support, life-skills, substance use support, etc.
Attention Homes’ Adolescent Residential Care program provides temporary placements for youth ages 12-18 who are experiencing family disruption and other crises. We offer youth emotional and behavioral support in a safe, structured, RCCF-licensed (Residential Child Care Facility) home-like setting.
The Attention Homes Apartments will provide up to 40 young adults, ages 18-24 who are exiting homelessness, with a stable place to live. It will also offer on-site services like job training, counseling, and educational support, as well as office space for Attention Homes’ administrative staff and a breakfast/lunch café.
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) is dedicated to moving youth from our shelter to safe and stable housing. TLP Case Managers and youth work on budgeting plans, rental funds, and life-skills development for independent living to ensure they maintain housing.
